Does make-up Concealer and eye shadow primer provided the same function?
Please answer only if really know, not just for points. If they are not the same, you wouldn’t use both would you? I used concealer to even out my skin, but I just purchased new make-up that are in creme form. I want to make sure that when i use it, it does not crease. Please tell me what you think! Thanks ahead of time 
Eye shadow primer is used to help eye shadow go on smoothly and stay put. Concealer is to hid discoloration. Cream makeups go on great if you use a brush.
